Q. How do I connect to my account?
A. Go to the in-game settings( top right with the gear icon) and choose between Google Play or Facebook or Apple(if you are on iOS) to connect your account to. Clicking on the chosen method will prompt the login menu for the respective method through which you can link your account.
Q. How do I save my progress?
A. The progress in your app is automatically saved. However it won’t be retained if you reinstall/uninstall the app, or clear the app data, or shifted phones. You can save your progress by connecting your account to any of the available social accounts, Google Play, Facebook or Apple(if you are on iOS). See “How do I connect my account?” above for more information.
Q. How do I start a new game?
A. Starting a new game is very easy. Just download Hitwicket Superstars from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store depending on your OS, and then open the app. After the splash screen, you will see the welcome screen where it says “Tap to Continue” in the bottom center. Tap and you will be taken into a fresh new game where Natasha will walk you through and get you acquainted with everything.
In case you have already had the app for quite a while but wish to start a fresh new game, here is what you need to do:
- Head to phone settings > apps > Hitwicket Superstars > App Storage > Clear Data.
- Open the app again after clearing the data and simply proceed, without logging in. (Click Tap to Continue)
Q. I lost my account. How do I get it back?
A. If you have reset your device or uninstalled the
application, because of which the app has reset, and you
are not able to log back into your account, please mail
customer service with your user ID, team name or manager
name of the account that you have lost access to. We
will establish a link back to your account so that you
can log right back in and pick off where you left.
WARNING: If you load multiple accounts on a single device, you may lose access to one or more of them in the process!
Q. How do I migrate to a new phone and transfer my account too?
A. You can always link your account with Google Play, Facebook or Apple( if you are on iOS). This will safeguard your progress and make sure that you can log back into your account.
On the old device that your account is currently on, go to the in-game settings( top right with the gear icon) and choose between Google Play or Facebook or Apple(if you are on iOS) to connect your account to.
Once you have done that, you can install the application on the new device and then select the Login button on the top right, once you open the app. Click on Facebook, Google or Apple depending on the one you have connected your account to, and you will be logged into your account.
CONNECTION AND PERFORMANCE
Q. How do I clear cache?
A. Follow the steps below in order to clear cache/storage:
- Long press on the Hitwicket Superstars app icon
- Tap on “App Info” option
- Under the App Info interface, tap on “Storage & Cache”
- You should see an option to “Clear Storage”. Tap on it
Warning: Clearing cache will reset your progress for the game, so make sure your account is connected to Google Play or Facebook before you do so
Q. My game isn’t loading. What do I do?
A. Please check your internet connection once. Hitwicket Superstars requires a stable internet connection either through Wi-Fi or data to be able to play seamlessly.
Q. How do I reinstall the game?
A. If you are on Android, tap and hold on the Hitwicket Superstars app icon to show up additional options. From the menu, select uninstall and confirm the action from the ensuing system prompt. Now go to the Google Play Store, search for Hitwicket Superstars and download the app once again.
If you are on iOS, tap and hold on any icon on the home screen to go into Jiggle Mode. Once you’re in Jiggle Mode, you can tap the cross button on the top right of the Hitwicket Superstars app icon and click uninstall on the ensuing system prompt to uninstall the game. Now, go to the Apple App Store and search for Hitwicket Superstars and click on the cloud-shaped button to download it again( the cloud button appears instead of a download option since you have already downloaded the particular application once before). This will reinstall the application on your phone.
Q. How do you start a match?
A. On the main screen, with all the buildings (called the dashboard), you will see a large yellow PLAY button on the bottom left. This is the button you use to start a match anytime. Clicking on it will prompt two options to you- League and World Tour. Select the one you’d like to play and continue through the menus to start a match.
Q. What is the difference between League and World Tour?
A. World Tour is the single player system where you can play
with the interactive storyline created for you.
League is a multiplayer system where you progress through the leagues and compete with real life players to reach the top.
Q. What is the Batsman and Bowler Line Up and how do I change it?
A. The Line Up is crucial to any cricket match
and it can decide a win or loss. It is very
important to have the right Line Up for your team.
The Line Up will let you decide which batsman to
send first or which bowler to go last.
It helps you set the order for your players.
You can access Line Up by clicking on the Line Up button present right next to the Yellow PLAY button on the main screen with all the buildings( also referred to as dashboard). In the Line Up you can see alist of all your players separated by tabs for batsmen and bowlers. Clicking the Plus Button will add a player to the Line Up and clicking the Minus Button will remove a player.
After you have selected all the players that you want in your team of 11, you can set the order by clicking on the Tactics button on the bottom of the same page. Here you will see two tabs on the left, one for batsmen and one for bowlers. Selecting a player and clicking the right and left arrows will change his position in the Line Up.
Q. How to train and activate Superpowers?
A. You can train your players by collecting
training points. To choose which player you want
to train, go to my players and select the player
of choice. Hit on the train button to train the
You can charge the Superpowers of a player (considering his Superpower is unlocked which means the player has to be on level 5 or above) in a match by playing 0,1 or 2 runs successfully.
You can activate the Superpower by tapping on it (bottom right, in-match) once it has successfully charged.
Q. How do the In-match probabilities work?
A. In-match probabilities are directly tied
to your players’s skill. This means that every
delivery bowled by a bowler is compared to every
shot the batsman can play. This comparison gives
you the probabilities as seen on the screen.

IAPs and BILLING
Q. I have made a purchase but the items didn’t get credited. What do I do?
A. On making a purchase, you will get a mail
with the invoice details of your purchase from
Google Play/ App store. This mail indicates if
the transaction has successfully occurred or not.
If you do not receive this mail, there’s absolutely nothing to worry about as Google Play / App store will process the payment in about 48 hours or will refund the amount back in your account.. It is also recommended to restart the app by fully closing and reopening it. Sometimes a fresh connection to the servers can trigger the in-app currency to appear.
Although if you have received the mail with invoice and yet the purchase is not credited, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the stated query and an attached screenshot of the mail. Our support team will be more than glad to help you out.

A. If your purchase was cancelled, need not worry, your money will be refunded by google play store/apple app store in 3-4 business days.
Q. Is Hitwicket Superstars free to play?
A. Hitwicket superstars is a free to play game. However there are in-app purchases in the game that you can purchase in case you are short of anything in the game.
Q. I bought an IAP by accident and now I want it refunded. What do I do?
A. As with most downloadable software products, items bought in our games (in-app purchases) are non-refundable. In rare cases, exceptions can be applied.
Q. What are player shards and how do I get them?
A. Player shards are items that will help
you get a player from scout. Each rarity of
player requires 100 respective shards, for one player.
You can get player shards from various sources in the game, some being - Sponsor boxes, spin the wheel (in league), World Tour matches, Daily deals etc
Q. How do I acquire players through scouting?
A. You can head to scout on the far left of our dashboard to enter the menu. Check if you have 100 shards for the rarity of player you were looking for. If you do, you can scout a player by pressing the scout button.
Q. What is Elite Pass? What do I get when I buy it?
A, Purchasing Elite pass means you have unlocked elite tier in the season pass which gives you more and exclusive rewards. You need to complete challenges to progress and claim your rewards.
Q. Season Challenges - What are they?
A. You need points to progress in the season pass and to collect rewards. Completing Season challenges will give you points to progress.
Q. I played challenges but my points weren’t updated. Why?
A. You can restart your app once and check. If still points were not updated you can write to us at email@example.com with the stated query and an attached screenshot of the mail. Our support team will be more than glad to help you out.
Q. EP Rewards are not getting claimed.
A. You should wait for a while.In some cases rewards reflection in your account may take some time. It is also recommended to restart the app by fully closing and re-opening it. Sometimes a fresh connection to the servers can trigger the claimed rewards to reflect in your account .
Q. What is EA and how does it work?
A. Elite Academy lets you Star-Up your players using other players. A Star-Up gives you extra levels to train and a new Trait. It also makes your players insanely powerful!
Q. When are the 2nd and 3rd level Traits coming?

Q. I used my players to Star-Up but my player still has only 1 star. What do I do?
A. As an immediate measure, clear the cache for the app and start again. If this does not fix the issue, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further support. It would be helpful if you can provide screenshots.
Q. What is cash and how do I get it?

Q. I bid on a player but I lost my currency and didn’t get the player. What do I do?
A. Don't worry, let us cross check the issue on our end and once we verify the situation we will compensate your team accordingly. Do mail us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
Q. What are the auction timings?
A. The auctions reset once during Midnight for all the players who have unlocked leagues. However for users in gold and above leagues the auctions reset twice everyday i.e. once at midnight and once at noon.
Q. Why are all the players sold out?
A. The auctions take place in real time and you will have to place your bid before other users do, if you fail to do so you might see that all player are sold out. Don't worry, just try to bid on your favorite superstar the next day when the auctions reset.
Q. How do I create/join an alliance?
A. To create an alliance simply click on the alliance building and click on the create button, if you have the required cash to create an alliance you will be redirected to the alliance details page, where you can enter the details for your alliance.
Q. How do I claim the alliance chest and how does it work?
A. To earn points for the alliance chest, complete challenges in the season pass. Once you accumulate enough points for any chest to unlock, the rewards will automatically start to reflect for your team.
Q. What are the benefits of joining an alliance?
A. When you join an alliance, you can talk to you alliance members to discuss strategies to improve your game-play, gather alliance chest rewards and participate in the alliance wars.
Q. How do I change my Alliance?
A. To change your alliance you must leave your existing alliance, then you can use the join alliance feature which can be accessed via the alliance building on the dashboard.
Q. What is the challenge option in an Alliance?
A. The challenge option in the alliance is a free for all game mode where you can challenge any alliance member and play 1st innings against them to set a target score, your alliance member will have 24 hours to chase the target score else the match will be auto simulated.
Q. What is my role as a leader of an Alliance?
A. As a leader of any alliance it becomes your responsibility to guide your alliance members to progress further into the game and maintain communication with all the members, you will also have to add/remove members from participating in the alliance wars based on their activity.
Q. How do I participate in the wars?
A. To participate in the alliance wars, join an alliance with at least 10 members in it and register the alliance for the alliance wars. Once registered, the alliances will be automatically matched with similar alliances and can play alliance wars.
Q. What is challenge day?
A. During challenge day your team can challenge any 2 enemy teams and play the 1st innings to set a target score against the enemy teams.
Q. What is chase day?
A. During the chase day, you will have to play the second innings and chase the target scores set by your enemies against your team during the challenge day.
Q. What happens when I don't challenge an opponent?
A. If you fail to play your challenges on the challenge day, the enemy team will get an extra 4 points as a bonus.
Q.What happens when I fail to chase the target score set against my team?
A. If you fail to play the chase matches then the enemy team gets an extra 4 points as a bonus.
Q.What happens if I fail to collect my rewards before the next war begins?
A. If you don't collect your rewards after the war ends, they will be automatically credited to your account.
