Musketeers can train in different training focus for different League matches of the same week.
But, same player can't be trained twice in the week as is the case with the other users.

Q. Can I train in batting in first League match and bowling in second League match, or bowling in one match and Fitness in another?
A. Yes. You can train in different training types in different League matches of the same week, as long as they are completely different set of players.
Q. Can I have different fitness percentage for both league matches of the week?
A. No. Fitness percentage will remain same for both the matches.
Q. Can I train a player in batting in one match and bowling in another?
A. No. You cannot train the same player twice in the same week. However, you can train one set of players in batting in one match and different set of players in bowling in another match.
Q. If I train in Wicketkeeping and Fielding in first League match, can the players getting trained in only Fielding be trained again in second match?
A. Only in Wicket keeping training. They won't be eligible to be trained in any other training type.
Q. Can a player be trained in bowling/batting in one League match and be trained in fitness in another League match?
A. No. The rule of only single training per week applies here too.
Q.Can I set Fitness percentage with another training focus for one League match and train in pure Fitness training in the other League match?
A. The fitness percentage in both matches shall remain same. So, if one match has fitness percentage, so will the other.
