What are the benefits of training and how should I maximize them?
Training is extremely important for the growth of your team. Younger the player, faster he trains. Players lose some fitness every week depending on their age. Players lose skills gradually as their age exceeds 30. So, aim to get a pool of 6 young batsmen/bowlers to make them stars of the future. Ensure that you select different players for training for consecutive league match.
