What will be the price of changing pitch type in stadium?

and the above amount can be for mid season pitch changes say after 9 games

It shouldn't be less . This way user have to think only 1 way .

Because if you choose green - select seamers and train batsmen in seam first
crumblin - spin and train batsmen in spin
flt - train batsmen 
sporting - both ways

This high price helps you to stay on 1 course for long .

Check out your playing 11...which skill they good at.... Batsmen....batting seam or spin Bowlers.....bowling main spin or seam.....based on that select your pitch...and train them accordingly.....!!!!

boler with 21000 skill n 4000 skill
bats man with 16000 skill n 4200 skill

4/5 bowlers are seam bowlers i would have gone for a green pitch and try to train in seam 
but then that is me...
