hello there, if i am going to stay 2nd in league 4 then in the upcoming new season is there chances of getting transferred into league 3?

Nope... You can change from one league to another within the 4th Division....But you wont be able to play in 3rd Division

wtf then this is not fair i can see lots of team in div 3 who are not so good to stay there still they will remain there in the new season a/q to their rules!!!
