Dear Moderators,
Have always wanted to ask this question. How does a player age. Is it real time. Or if he is 18 yo this season will he become 19 yo in the next?

Thats weird .. Its the fourth bullet point in the game manual for players:
A player's age increases by a day after every real life day, but only 70 days (length of a season) constitute a year in the Hitwicket universe. So a player's age will increase by a year after every 70 days.

If you've seen "HOME IMPROVEMENT", Tim " THE TOOLMAN" Taylor always says "A MAN NEVER NEEDS A MANUAL. HE CAN'T BE TOLD WHAT TO DO". Sorry.

and every time he celebrates his b'day his salary changes...so if you've trained it, the salary will go up based on his new skill value.

70 days=1 season=1 hitwicket calendar year= 365 days.
basically, every 70 days your player will age..

Every real day=5 days (a little more) in hitwicket.
