I have been reading some posts on training but many suggest that training should always be in the same stream(preferably BM). What I would like to know is if I alternate training every week wouldn't it help my team to be strong in both batting and bowling instead of just concentrating on one and making my team week in the other department??
I mean even if I train my bowlers with great difficulty to 25000 SI my batsmen will still be languishing at around 5000-7000 SI. By this I wont even be able to score runs.
Please advice me on this. I'm very confused and I'd like to know the kind of training I should give my team each week for best results overall.
