Training Track Records...!!!

by Maximus (The Gladiators) 73 months ago Training

It has been a great journey so far, and I have trained James since he was in his 18s… He was nowhere with his bowling, erring in line and length, and swing was completely uncontrollable…

He was down on morale for quite some time in his career, but the team never lost hope in him… We had long private conversations, and I would encourage him to keep fighting… I would always remind him that he is a Gladiator and should never quit…

Today, he is one of the finest talents, giving 8.5 stars in his recent outing…

Like everything in life has an end, even our relationship must end… We have different plans and our goals are different… Hence, we decided to move on… Right now, James is looking for a decent manager who can take him in, and train him more and more…

James says, “I never imagined I would be so good, after taking into account my skill levels when I first started… It has been the consistent faith from the manager Maximus that pushed me towards success…”

This is the training record of James, and hope people would benefit from this…!!!

As a response to this post, we have received the Training Track Record of one of the best fast bowlers in Hitwicket, Sushant Chaturvedi, courtesy of manager Satyasarthak of Shree Cricket Team…!!!

In his own words, Satyasarthak said : “I bought him when he was Avg/useless....trained him in BV initially till he was Rel/med and then BM till he was Acc/Med...I dont have the data for those since I was not training right and did not maintain that...the data is from Acc/med.He will be Fantastic/Acc this Saturday”

Depends on your team basically…

Check the strengths of your players who are below 22yrs…

·         If most of them are batsmen, go for batting training…

·         If most of them are spinners, Bowling Spin…

·         If most of them are seamers, Bowling Seam
