I didn't know this....just by sheer luck i had put my most experienced player as my captain....I guess i missed that part out when I went through the manual... :)

@Kashyap - don't you think under experience tab (in link provided by you) level detail is adding to the ambiguity.. or am I reading it incorrectly so far.. I had the idea that Experience goes like NE- H - HL - UL - M - A and so on? and better the experience level better captain role he plays.
satya and others - no I am not looking for any answer/comment from you on my team performance... so hold your fire, else I will fire you.. :P
