Practise matches....

You must have invited someone..so for that user a practice match is going on between his team and yours..Just for practice match to make him understand more..

So will I get training for the match...and one more thingi...I did not get the fans added for the invite I sent out...!!!

naah no training for this...no ticket sales either
you get a max of 500 fans through invites, did more than 5 of your invitees join already?
ofc we want you to send out more invites to the game, but more fans would make you too strong ;)

Will have to plan my invites properly....atleast my players will get regular match practice...this will affect there experience and form right...!!!!!

nope...it won't effect anything at all.
all you can do is maybe try out a few match tactics..
