indian hitwicket leuage season 2

here are the rules of the tournament.
(1) there will be total 4 franchise(mumbai, bangalore, chennai, kolkatat). each franchise will have 3 teams.
(2) each franchise will have a leader manager and 2 assitant manager.
(3) there will be auction among leader manager to get 2 assistant manager and complete there franchise.
(4) each franchise will play two matches( home & away) against other franchise.
(5) home team leader manager will decide there which team will play against other franchise 3 teams.
(6) all matches will be tuesday friendly.
(7) registration will be done on the basis of first come and first serve after contacting on whatsapp at 7895455864.
(8) top franchise will directly qualify for final while there will be a eliminator between 2nd and 3rd place franchise to decide
2nd finalist.
