how match engine works?

A player who is good in batting skills and is having very good form and fitness is getting out and a player who is not having good batting skills and even less better in form and fitness is hitting six to same bowler in same over.............   and even bowlers who are having very poor skills are playing with 250+ strike rate and a good skilled batsmen who is better in experience and in decent form is playing very slow.

@akshat : well there are a bunch of factors...which bowlers they face, powerplay, slog overs etc.
But the biggest thing is, a bad bowler is penalized once he takes the wicket of a much better in, his probability of conceding a lot of runs goes up. So a relatively poor batsman could capitalize on this.
